Mr. Hyde
There are two sides to my personality, and I want to illustrate them here. This picture shows the guest room at present: covered with boxes and blankets, and notably Christmas decorations that haven't yet been put away. This is the Mr. Hyde side. I am unafraid of clutter and have lived with it for years. In my marriage, Brian is actually the cleaner spouse.
However, I love the process of getting organized which is where Dr. Jekyll lives in my personality. I love experimenting with organization, however sometimes those experiments go ary. Nothing ends up organized for weeks on end, or at least until I come back to that particular organization project. For example, Brian laughs at my "getting-the-papers-organized" approach which involves making piles of paper that cover the whole floor of the office. He doesn't like it because sometimes the papers stay organized on the floor rather than actually arriving in the filing cabinet where they are headed.

Oh my *giggles*....my whole house looks like this at the moment. I'm so glad you posted this and that I saw it tonight, before you arrived to see the mess tomorrow, otherwise....oh who am I kidding? I was already embarrassed!! However, within in a few weeks I plan to have the new shoe box of an apartment looking more like the picture in your next post lol!
We haven't yet put any of the Christmas decorations back into the closet. It seems like every time we get a free moment to do it something more interesting comes up. (anything is more interesting than packing away boxes after all)
We will eventually get to them I am sure. Or not.
