Dreaming
Since I've been sleeping at my parents' house, I've been dreaming every night. Last night I dreamed that the porch caught fire and my dad, instead of trying to put it out with a fire extinguisher, rushed everyone out of the house. That does not sound like my dad at all! He would rush out and use the appropriate methods to save his new house! Very bizarre dream.
My sleep schedule is better and I've been sleeping from about 11 pm - 8 am so I must be getting more REM pattern sleep. I need my 8 to 9 hours. I feel so much better now than I did at the start of May. I need to improve my eating though. Ramen and sodas are out. OJ and whole wheat toast is in.
I haven't answered either my home phone or turned on my cellphone or checked my email in about two weeks, closer to three. Probably not a good thing to do, but I just feel like I need some mental space. I have totally been on vaction. Except that I have been going to class, exams, reading, and all. Should I be surprized by how much the material covered in the GEOGRAPHY of Latin America resembles the curriculum of the HISTORY of Latin America? I don't think so.
Reread Possesion by A.B. Byatt. Also learned how to do cascading style sheets by creating a webpage for my upcoming family reunion. Everyone is coming up from Texas to see our new house, swim in the pool, and hang out in Indiana! Drove with my family to Dayton Ohio for my brother's soccer tournament. Unfortunally he lost all three games; the past three years his team has narrowing missed winning, second runner up each time! It really was a shame. We opened the pool and cleaned out the garage. My mom is working on my babybook scrapbook.
So I've been keeping busy - fortunately not on the computer, or at least not computer science. I'm sick and tired of programming. I'm not as good as I need to be and I don't like it as much as I should. Informatics - the study and application of technology - is for me! I want to design interfaces, not write the supporting code.
That's enought for now. Be back later.

Hi Phil,
So I made a comment, deleted it because I wanted to change it shortly there after, and then made this one which is almost identical to the one I deleted. You should be able to edit your own comments. Anyway ...
I go IU in Bloomington, although I don't want to put it too publicly, I don't know who's out there! That makes me sound obsessed but ... I guess I'm just careful. Well, having completed my computer security class last spring has kinda made me that way. Ok, I admit it, that's just me.
I have to run now or I'll be late for class. If you read this, I'd be happy to keep the conversation going. Visited your 'blog too! Gotta go or I'll be late for the history of Latin America and the Caribbean.
