The real profile
Name: Meg (and Meggie to others who know who they are)
Birth date: May 4, 1981
Birthplace: Frankfort, Germany
Current Location: Indiana
Eye Color: Green (w/ some brown)
Hair Color: Brown with red highlights in the sun
Height: 5 feet 1 3/4 inches
Righty or Lefty: Lefty
Your heritage: Irish, English, and generally American
The shoes you wore today: Black beaded flip-flops (casual but nice) and short heels for a job interview. I also went barefoot for many hours, cleaning house, doing laundry, pattering around
Your weakness: Reading late at night, even finishing the whole book before I've had a chance to savor it over several days.
Your fears: Not being able to have a baby
Your perfect pizza: Pizza Express half pepperoni and half green peppers and onions
Goal you'd like to achieve: Thru-hike the Appalachian Trail
Your bedtime: Right now, around 2 am, but usually 11 or midnight
Pepsi or Coke: Coke but I don't usually buy it myself except when I eat out
McDonald's or Burger King: In my childhood we always ate at McDonalds but the only fast food restaurant we had while stationed in Italy was Burger King. So I go to either.
Single or group dates: Uhhhh, usually single.
Iced Tea or Nestea: As long as it has Raspberry in it, otherwise I'll take water
Chocolate or vanilla: Depends, vanilla milkshakes, vanilla ice cream with chocloate fudge, almost anything else chocolate is great
Cappuccino or coffee: Yuck
Smoke? No, but did try it (by myself on the porch, just to see)
Cuss? Sometimes, but not usually
Sing? I wish
Take a shower everyday? No, and I don't smell either. Showering every single day wastes water. Modern people and Americans are obsessed with cleanliness. You really can get by without a shower everday. Its not like I plow the fields or move boulders. Sitting inside all day doesn't get you that dirty or smelly.
Have a crush? No
Do you think you've been in love? Yes
Like(d) high school? It was ok. I was miserable some times, on top of the world at others
Want to get married? Please Yes
Believe in yourself? Yes
Get motion sickness? Nope. I'm a great traveler.
Think you're attractive? Most of the time, excepting my short hair. No matter what anyone says, I like it better the way it was. Frizzy or no frizzy. At least I had styling options.
Get along with your parent(s)? Usually
Like thunderstorms? Yep
Play an instrument? Clarinet 7th and 8th grades
Been trashed or extremely intoxicated? Yes
Been caught "doing something"? No, not really. Unless you count falling asleep on my parents' floor having stayed up all night talking. That did get a lecture too. They didn't like it.
Gotten beaten up? No, not really. Except one time in a dream where I was hurt so bad that I couldn't have children.
Age you hope to be married: Ummmm. 27
Numbers and Names of Children: Don't know. I love the names Malachi (last book in the Old Testament, it means "Messenger"), James, Laura, and Grace.
Your Dream Wedding: At St. Charles, with a great photographer and an even better groom
How you want to die: Happy. With a chance to say goodbye, but hopefully at least old and with my memories.
What you want to be when you grow up: Happy (ask me in another 2 years)
What country would you most like to visit: England and Italy
And, lastly, favorites:
Food: Potato-Leek Soup with toast

I love ya and thanks for sharing the Pride and Prejudice film
with us! The girls and I had a great time and I finished the
second part last night with them There are alot of messages
to be learned from this film and I'm sorry I never knew about
this earlier. Come back again for some more "fried corn," if
you really liked it - we'll have more!
Blessings on your blog and forthcoming excursion!
